Colors of life

Colors as a form of energy are active at all levels of our being- mental, emotional, physical and spiritual. without life there is little color- without colour there is no life.

Colors play an important part in the maintenance of our health, but we seldom pay much attention to them. colors effect animals, insects and human beings. life reacts to the color and this has been emphasized in our ancient medical texts. it is a fact that the colors of the spectrum are all due to vibration of light at different wavelengths. on either side of the visible spectrum there are the invisible ultra vioulet or actinic rays with a hight frequency, and the infra-red or heat waves, with a low frequency. it, therfore , stands to reasons that since we are all but charges of electricity in waves and varying frequencies, the various colours which are also waves and frequencies would have a disturbing or beneficial effect on the organishm, while food is being broken down for assimilation in the stomach, surely the differnt types of vibration(which are the different colours) will have their different effects on the various types of vibration that are constantly going on in our bodies to give us human form!
The ancient text says that all colors of the rainbow are present in fruits and vegetables(which they have got from the sun) and that when these colours are ingested into the body they are stored up in different plexuses(chakras) of the body.
